Greensboro Ideal Home Show 2018
In The Spring 2018In Spring 2018, Kathy Gordon Interiors was selected as a local design talent to participate in the Greensboro Ideal Home Show, hosted at the Greensboro Coliseum. KGI showed in one six spaces that comprise the Designer Room Showcase. These spaces are like your favorite design magazine or Pinterest board come to life. Check out our room, “Carolina Farmhouse”:
Crafting a uniquely Carolina Farmhouse home means blending rustic metals and wood finishes with colorful accents to create a family friendly living space that is as sustainable as it is gracious. Kathy Gordon Interiors has infused the Farmhouse trend with livable, stain resistant fabrics, that hold up to pillow fights and pizza nights. On-trend, fashion-forward accessories add a sunny Southern twist to the Farmhouse foundation of neutral walls, distressed wood, black accents and pops of green, making this space uniquely suited for Carolina Living.
Kathy also gave a great On-Stage Talk on, “Making Your Home Magazine Ready”. In it, she went over some great ways to tie a space together with furniture, softgoods, and art to make a space harmonious and to reflect the unique character of the people who live in it every day!
